There have been many theories surrounding those who drink black coffee, sparking debate and controversy over their personalities and demeanors. Due to the raw form of black coffee, it has often been compared to taking a shot of vodka. Both are considered to be the pure versions of their relative categories, and three schools of thought exist regarding black coffee drinkers. The third group of black coffee drinkers are the thoughtful realists. They are society's sophisticated elite that often lurk around Starbucks coffee shops with a copy of The Fountainhead. These java drinkers are considered to be direct, honest, and frank. Independence is a common trait shared among this group, and they are never alone in the company of their own thoughts.
